Founded in 1997, Wenger Construction, Inc. is a family-owned commercial roofing, siding and sheet metal company based out of Campbellsport, WI. We are looking for hard working people to join our work family who have a desire to work for a company that cares about their workers, recognizes and pays for value and offers opportunities for growth.

You will get 3 performance reviews in your 1st year; 60 day, 6 months and 1 year. These are comprehensive reviews that allow you to earn the value you are bringing to the table related to work ethic, attitude, safety, attention to detail, attendance, skillset, teamwork and more. After your 60-day proving period, if you do your part, we will do ours and you will be invited into Wenger Worker Academy. What does that mean? You will qualify for the following premium benefits:
