Wenger has completed thousands of residential roofing and siding projects throughout the decades. This is the type of work that sustained the Wenger family in our early years and built our business foundation. I do believe working for residential clients is how we developed a knack for high level customer service as we grew into the commercial and industrial markets. Residential clients require an intense attention to detail and a high level customer experience if they are going to tell their neighbors!
The Nielsen Family exterior remodeling project is an awesome example of what Wenger can do for you as a potential residential client. We completed this project last summer.
The Nielsen Family Exterior Renovation Project De-Briefing
This house is on a golf course and had vinyl siding. You can imagine what I saw the day that I went there to meet with the customer for the first time. I would not have been surprised if one of the holes or cracks in the vinyl siding was not from one of my slicing hooks!
The material and color selection process was extremely detailed for this project. It is important that the clients paint a picture of their vision and we provide products and colors to achieve that. Once the final vision is solidified, whether it be a roofing or a siding project or both, Wenger’s crews go to work.
