Inspection Plan

SERVICES:

  • Scheduled roof inspections
    • Spring: after first thaw
    • Fall: before the snow falls
  • Provide an overall roof grading report (A, B, C, D)
    • Look at the membrane for blisters or tenting
    • Check the seams for cracks or punctures
    • Check for areas of standing water
    • Look at penetrations such as HVAC, pipe drains, pitch pockets and boots (show pics)
    • Look at chimney’s, skylights and vents
    • Look for curling or missing shingles
  • Provide picture report with identifying the roof condition and prioritize a list of needed repairs.
    • Provide recommendations
    • Provide quote for needed repairs

EXCLUDES:

  • No immediate cleaning
  • No on-the-spot repairs
  • Tuck pointing
  • No roof drain cleaning
  • No gutter cleaning

Contract Cancellation Requests

As a right inside this contract, at any time, either party can elect to cancel or change this contract. If either party wishes to end the contract or make changes, they must request so in written form (print or email) and give a 30-day notice. Please note that in the event that there are outstanding items that have been unresolved such as receipt of payment for previous work completed or incomplete work, that those items must be resolved before cancellation.
